Wedding Flower Trends for 2019
The Peony is still and always will be a favourite with summer brides. The cost can be higher than a lot of other flowers but the aroma and beautiful look and feel of the peony always comes out on "top" - Pale pinks, Blush and Taupe colours are replacing the traditional whites and creams - Mauves/Purples/Caffe colours are all favourites with Brides and the amnesia rose is always tops for the au natural look. We always offer the very best ideas for your budget here at Crimson Rose, so why not run your ideas past us and let us help your dreams become a reality. Please bear in mind when showing us an image of something you like we will not be able to make exactly the same as every item is UNIQUE, we will do our best to copy as close as possible. Also when we purchase flowers we have to buy 10, 20 or 50 stems at a time, so if you decide you want a different colour rose on each table for e.g. we would have to purchase lots of them and would be very costly for us.
Love the look but dont have the budget, you can still have beautiful blooms all in the "luxury up to the minute trend" for less, carnations are making a big comeback and there are lots of different varities hiting the marketplace. Carnations are full and fluffy and can be compared to a peony (a bridal favourite). This humble, old timer is definitely worth a second look! - garden roses aka tea roses make a wonderful wild bouquet style and mixed with carnations and roses can create the "up to the minute look". Dhalias are also a great favourite, edging on the side of vintage but whilst still offering so many colours to make that special luxury and up to the minute look for much less of a cost.
Its always nice to add a special touch to your wedding bouquet, why not add a brooch of mums or nans or something special in your bouquet that has a sentimental meaning, we can always wire these into your bouquet.
Re-Cycling - Save your old jars and wine bottles, especially red wine bottles, they look dramatic, great and up the minute and provide a fabulous way of making table displays at a fabulous cost. Imagine this, a bottle full of dhalias with dhalias wired around the bottom. What a fabulous look. You save them, we decorate them. Ask us for more re-cycling, money saving ideas.

Best choice, most cost effective and lifelike choice are FOAM flowers, they are so lifelike and inexpensive and readily available all year around and much less expensive than silk, so why not choose these over silk, they come in all colours too, please ask to see a sample.
